VOR Radial
A specific magnetic bearing radiating outward from a VOR (VHF Omnidirectional Range) ground station. There are 360 radials, one for each degree. A radial is always described as the direction FROM the station. For example, if you are due east of a VOR, you are on the 090 radial. Pilots use VOR radials to define airways, fix positions, and navigate along specific courses.
